2. About Guarda Base
Guarda Base is an independent educational resource and software publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Guarda Wallet Limited or any cryptocurrency exchange. Guarda® is a trademark of its respective owner. Our wallet guide is written independently.
3. NoteVault Software License
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to install and use NoteVault on one personal computer (Windows or macOS). You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software with third parties;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software;
- Use the software for commercial purposes beyond personal use.
All future updates to NoteVault are included in your lifetime license at no additional charge.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
72-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your NoteVault purchase and receive a full refund within 72 hours of completing your payment, provided you have not downloaded and activated the software license.
To cancel, email support@guarba.tech with your order confirmation number within 72 hours of purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
After 72 hours, or after the license has been activated, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using NoteVault, please contact us at support@guarba.tech before requesting a refund — we will do our best to resolve the issue first.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. No Financial Advice
